The outlook for the 2020 season at Santa Rita is spectacular.
In our prairie pothole region, the duck factory of Argentina, we had our best hatch since 2012 and we are experiencing the best water levels in our marshes that we can remember.
So we are are truly thrilled for what we know will be a superb season for decoyed duck shooting for our 12 species of ducks.
We have some additions to lodge and hunts that we feel that will enhance the experience your stay.
With only a group of 6 hunters, your group will have private use of the lodge.
A beautiful bedroom is now available allowing for a group of 8 hunters to each have a private room. We now have room for up to 14 hunters.
Our already excellent house wine has been further upgraded provided by the renowned winery, Catena Zapata.
Customized wine upgrades for those that would like to enjoy truly the finest wine in Argentina.
New Hilux trucks for our operation and your comfort.
Improved comfort and safety with walking sticks available for all hunters when walking to our blinds not located along the shore.
New customized activities for non hunters hunters alike such as cooking, horseback riding, shopping, massages at the lodges and visits to an amazing silversmith (a client favorite).
Excellent new fields for perdiz shoots over Brittanies that have never been shot before.
A brand new bar in the main living room.
Brand new hunting equipment brought from the US.
Of course our chef, Yolvi Oyola of 17 years, will not be an addition but as our clients attest to his cuisine is the finest you will find at any lodge, Argentina or elsewhere. Many clients say that they won’t come if Yolvi is not there!!

The lodge, a beautiful 16,000 sq ft country mansion built in 1903, offers guests 8 tastefully decorated rooms in the peaceful setting of the Argentine countryside in Buenos Aires Province.
We love duck hunting at Argentina Outfitters – we first started almost 20 years ago and our goal is that each hunter has a superb shoot on every outing. Our lodge, located in the middle of one of the finest duck habitats in the world, offers numerous potholes and marshes with a duck population second to none in the world. At Santa Rita we found the superb duck resource and lodging that we had been looking for since day one. In addition to our daily morning and evening duck hunts, we offer excellent, optional perdiz shoots over Brittany Spaniels. I think our clients speak for themselves with numerous groups having shot ducks with us for 10 to 15 years straight.
